Terms & conditions
Last updated: 7 July 2026
These terms govern your use of the Hybrid NW website and your entry into our races. Please read them carefully. By using this site or buying a ticket, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
hybridnw.com and the Hybrid NW race series are operated by Nuvii Fitness Ltd, trading as Hybrid NW ("we", "us", "our"). Registered in England & Wales, company number 15604657, registered office Unit 3, Office A, 1st Floor, 6-7 St Mary at Hill, London, EC3R 8EE. You can contact us at team@hybridnw.uk.
2. Using our website
You may use this website for lawful, personal purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in any way that breaks the law or infringes others' rights. We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.
3. Tickets and entry
- Tickets are sold through our checkout, operated by our payment provider Stripe. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) on the Tickets page.
- Your order is confirmed once payment is complete and you receive confirmation by email. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an event is sold out or details are incorrect).
- Each entry is for the named participant. You must provide accurate information when entering.
- It is your responsibility to arrive on time and ready to compete, and to check the event details, date and venue before travelling.
4. Eligibility and age
- Our main public races are for participants aged 18 and over.
- Our Hyteens division is for young people aged 13–15, who must be entered by a parent or guardian and race alongside a participating adult, with a safety briefing on race morning.
- By entering, you confirm you (or the person you are entering) meet the eligibility criteria for the chosen division.
5. Refunds, transfers and changes
- Tickets are non-refundable. Once you have entered, we do not offer refunds if you change your mind or are unable to attend. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
- We may, at our discretion, allow you to transfer your entry to another eligible person or to another Hybrid NW race if you contact us in good time before the event at team@hybridnw.uk. An administration fee may apply.
- We may change the date, venue, format or timings of an event. If we make a significant change to, or cancel, an event, we will let you know and offer you a transfer to another race or a refund of your ticket price. We are not responsible for related costs you may have incurred, such as travel or accommodation.
6. Health, fitness and assumption of risk
Hybrid NW races are physically demanding events involving running and functional fitness stations. By taking part you acknowledge that:
- you are responsible for making sure you are medically fit to take part, and should seek medical advice if in any doubt;
- you take part at your own risk and accept the inherent risks of a strenuous physical event;
- you will follow the safety briefing, event rules, and the instructions of judges, marshals and staff; and
- you will stop and seek help if you feel unwell or unsafe.
7. Rules and conduct
All participants must follow the official rules and movement standards (see the format page) and the reasonable instructions of our team. Judges' decisions on scoring and standards are final. We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone behaving unsafely, dishonestly or abusively, without a refund.
8. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under law. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage that is not a foreseeable result of our breach, or for loss of a personal (non-business) nature such as travel or accommodation costs. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Photography and filming
Photography and filming take place at our events for results, safety and promotional use, and may feature participants and spectators. By attending, you acknowledge this. See our Privacy Policy for how we use images and how to raise a concern.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including the Hybrid NW name, logo, text, graphics and images — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.
11. Privacy
We handle your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the site or buy a ticket is the one that applies. We will update the ‘last updated’ date when we make changes.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
