Hybrid NW comes to Bowlers Exhibition Centre on 19 September 2026. Nine stations, one continuous clock, seven divisions — Solo, Doubles, Mixed Doubles, Tribrid (three-person tag team) and Hyteens (13–15 with an adult). An affiliate-gym crowd that doesn't sit down, and a race village with food trucks, bar and brand stalls.
The same nine-station course as every Hybrid NW race: assault bike, wall balls, row, burpee broad jumps, loaded lunges, DB snatches, farmers carry, SkiErg and sled push, joined by 600m runs with a 200m sprint finish. Weights are scaled per division — full standards on the format page.
The Manchester hybrid fitness race is held at Bowlers Exhibition Centre, Longbridge Road, Trafford Park, Manchester M17 1SN — in Greater Manchester, North West England, about 4 miles west of Manchester city centre. The venue sits next to the Trafford Centre and Trafford Park, with free on-site parking and easy access from the M60 (J9/J10). The nearest rail and tram links are Trafford Park station and the Metrolink at the Trafford Centre.
