A continuous-flow race. No breaks, no filler, no hiding behind one strong skill. Your time is the clock — pacing is the strategy.
Seven ways to race
Solo, Doubles, Mixed, Tribrid (3-person tag), Hyteens (junior). Same course — weights scaled by division: men 20 kg, women 10 kg, Hyteens 5 kg. No other UK race runs the Tribrid format.

Hybrid NW is a UK hybrid fitness race series. Every race is nine stations on one continuous clock — assault bike, wall balls, row, burpee broad jumps, loaded lunges, dumbbell snatches, farmers carry, SkiErg and sled push — joined by 600m runs. Seven divisions race the same course with weights scaled by division: Male and Female Solo, Male, Female and Mixed Doubles, Tribrid (three-person tag team) and Hyteens (a 13–15 year old paired with an adult).
2026 races: Derby Arena, 27 June is done — thank you to everyone who raced. Next up: Bowlers Exhibition Centre, Manchester, 19 September (Solo £107 · Doubles £177 · Tribrid £217 · Hyteens £177). Every ticket includes race entry, a finisher photo and badge, professional race photos and access to the post-race food & bar. Spectators are free. The series is powered by 55 affiliate gyms across the UK, whose members get 10% off every ticket and 7-day early access.
