# Hybrid NW Fitness Racing

> Hybrid NW is a UK hybrid fitness race series. Every race is nine functional fitness stations on one continuous clock — assault bike, wall balls, row, burpee broad jumps, loaded lunges, DB snatches, farmers carry, SkiErg and sled push — joined by 600m runs with a 200m sprint finish. Seven divisions race the same course with scaled weights: Male/Female Solo, Male/Female/Mixed Doubles, Tribrid (3-person tag team) and Hyteens (a 13–15 year old paired with an adult).

## 2026 Races
- Manchester (NEXT RACE): Bowlers Exhibition Centre, Manchester — 19 September 2026. Solo £107 · Doubles £177 (pair) · Tribrid £217 (team of 3) · Hyteens £177 (pair). Gates 07:15, first wave 08:00.
- Derby (COMPLETED): Derby Arena, Royal Way, Derby — took place 27 June 2026, the season opener. Recap on Instagram @hybridnw.
- Spectators are free at every race. Every ticket includes race entry, finisher photo + badge, professional race photos and access to the post-race food + bar.
